1. Check Our Class Schedule – Find the session that works best for you.

2. Arrive 10 Minutes Early – We’ll welcome you, give you a quick tour, and set you up.

3. Bring the Essentials – Don’t forget water and CLEAN indoor shoes (to protect our blue mats).

4. Sign In & Get Started – Complete a quick waiver on our iPad, and you’re ready to go!

 

Pro Tip: Start at 50% intensity and train every other day to build consistency.
